TENANT FEES
HOLDING DEPOSIT
One weeks rent will be taken as a deposit to secure a property and will be held for 15 days (unless otherwise expressly agreed) in order to complete all tenancy documents and proceed with signing of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. EARLY TERMINATION OF TENANCY
