LANDLORDS POSSESSION CLAIMS ON RISE


Landlord possession claims were up on the last Ministry Of Justice statistics showing a continued upward rise since 2010.

We are seeing an increase in landlords instructing us to issue proceedings against tenants for rent arrears and possession.
