ACCOUNTS MANAGER


Mike Rogerson Estate Agents are looking for an account manager to work in our headoffice which is located in Ashington, Northumberland. Job role includes management of team, and overseeing and carrying out the following,


  • Deal with correspondence in and out of office in strictest confidence
  • Arrange appointments / meetings
  • Preparing vat returns and submitting to meet deadline
  • Sage / book keeping
  • Paying bills
  • Chasing invoices
  • Debt recovery / rent arrears
  • Provision of detail / raw material to accountants
  • Ensuring accounts are produced and filed on time
  • Ordering supplies and dealing with supplies/suppliers
  • Maintaining record of staff sickness / holidays
  • Collect relevant detail for payroll
  • Maintaining Gemini system
  • Dealing with branch, landlord and tenant queries
  • Submitting reports to HRMC as applicable
  • Taxing and insuring vehicles
  • Organising services of vehicles
  • Maintaining car records
  • Deal with utility companies / local councils
  • Deal with tenant / landlord queries
  • Maintaining staff records
  • Arranging holiday cover / sick cover
  • Reporting sickness / holidays
  • Organising board lists for maintenance and offices
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Protecting /unprotecting deposits
  • Dealing with dispute claims
  • Pa to directors and area manager
