Location: Morpeth

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work within our Morpeth branch. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and negotiate are essential and be able to thrive in a target driven sales environment.

Duties will include answering telephones, arranging valuations, arranging viewings and attending viewings, adding properties onto computer system, negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and solicitors, dealing with lettings, providing good quality leads to other departments and any other associated duties.
